Daniel J. Contaldi
President & Chief Operating Officer

Daniel J. Contaldi is a founding partner of IT Health Partners, LLC, and serves as their President and Chief Operating Officer. Dan has over 33 years of technology experience with the last 23 years serving the healthcare market. In the last 25 years, he has served in various senior leadership roles including CEO.
Prior to IT Health Partners, LLC, Daniel served as CEO and CTO at National Physician Services (NPS), providing the necessary leadership to drive new business as well as oversaw HITRUST certification. Prior to NPS, Dan founded YValueIT, LLC, where he provides clients senior advisory services that align technology with a client’s business where they see immediate value.
Prior to founding YValueIT LLC, Dan serviced as CIO at PhysicianOne Urgent Care where he provided the leadership and operation standardization to successfully expand operations throughout the Northeast. Prior to PhysicianOne, Dan served 16 years as Senior Vice President of IT for Women’s Health USA, the largest ObGyn MSO in the nation and provided the leadership during the startup phase that allowed for expansion on a national basis. Dan holds a MS in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and is an active member of HIMSS, AMA and CT SIM.
Christopher Phillips
Chief Customer Officer
Christopher Phillips is a founding partner of IT Health Partners, LLC, and serves as their Chief Customer Officer. Christopher has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with a diverse background in project management and technology. His previous experiences include IS Business Consulting, Project Management, Account Management and Sales Engineering.
He has extensive experience in healthcare informatics with a focus on reporting analysis and architecting data warehouses. Prior to founding IT Health Partners, Christopher served as Project Portfolio Manager at National Physician Services (NPS), where he occupied dual roles of project management and account management.
Prior to National Physician Services Christopher served as a healthcare informatics expert at Cigna, where he oversaw and implemented components of the Cigna corporate HEDIS reporting program.
Prior to Cigna, Christopher served as a Senior Business Analyst at Ingenix Employer Solutions, now Optum. Additional skills include Six Sigma, quality management, process improvement and operations management. Christopher completed coursework towards a MS degree in Research, Measurements and Quantitative Analysis and holds a BS in Psychology, Research Technology from Southern Connecticut State University.
Lee Seidman
Chief Technology Officer
Lee Seidman is a founding partner of IT Health Partners, LLC, and serves as their Chief Technology Officer. Before forming IT Health Partners with Dan and Chris, Lee compiled a successful track record of diversified responsibilities at National Physician Services (NPS) for over 15 years.
Prior to that, he joined a small non-profit organization as a server engineer after working as a technology coordinator/systems administrator and English teacher for a large, urban public school district. Lee has a habit of evolving professional positions beyond titles with his versatility and tenacity. He combines personnel management experience with technical support skills, an engineering background, project management duties, customer support training, and education/training aptitude with an insatiable curiosity and need to learn and develop new capacities.
Lee holds a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Connecticut and an MA in Education from the University of St. Joseph (West Hartford).
